Staff present: Peggy Ammendola, Land Use Clerk, PA
The Scoop, 35 Church St., Map 43 Parcel 170, sign and window. The applicant, Jennifer Nacht, failed to appear; therefore this meeting was rescheduled to September 1, 2009.
Tanglewool: The Commission discussed a letter of August 12, 2009 from Building Inspector Bill Thornton to Tanglewool advising that the enclosure added to this building on the east side was done without a building permit and that Tanglewool should contact the Building Inspector immediately. (On August 19, 2009, notification to Bill Thornton sent by PA)
ES made a motion that a letter be sent to the Building Inspector advising him that the Commission requires that the owners of the building file an application with the HDC. SS seconded the motion and the Commission voted to approve 4-0.
Minutes-August 4, 2009: JH made a motion to approve the minutes and ES seconded the motion. The Commission voted to approve 4-0.
JH made a motion to adjourn at 6:00 pm and ES seconded the motion. The Commission voted to adjourn 4-0.
